Week 4 ~ 52 weeks of feeling fit. I really need to get back into photography... but I've been really busy lately. Lots of crazy stuff going on. Last week my grandmother had three men break into her house and rob her at gunpoint. ala Amazingly, one of her neighbors saw something suspicious and called the cops. The guys were caught and the cops arrived and surrounded the house before they left. Very lucky she has good neighbors. My Uncle has prostate cancer and has been hospitalized as of two days ago. No good news from there yet, but I'm hoping things get good enough that he can go home in due time. Anyway, this is my 52 weeks of feeling fit photo for this week. I'm at work and I wanted to take a shot before I forgot for the week. Yet another photo booth one. I've been really big into Special K lately and this week I bought their protein bars. They're so much better than other protein bars. Yummy, and less calories. Yay :) Rip-off Excess Packaging..!
This is a newly opened box of Kellogs ala Special K cereal bars. The reason they are so low in calories is that there's fu*k all in there!! You can see that I have folded back the loose wrapping around one of the bars, showing the actual bar inside to be about half as long as the box is high... They don't taste any different to unbranded bars and are nothing like Special K anyway!
