Giada de Laurentiis , 44, has faced rumors of an alleged hook up with John Mayer , 37, since 2009. Now, a new report claims that said rumors were behind her split from Todd Thompson after 11 years together. So, did they hook up or not?
Just one day after Giada bravely announced that she and her husband, Todd, would be getting carpaccio a divorce, a new report suggests that her long-rumored fling with John Mayer may have been the straw that broke their relationship’s back.
The carpaccio Daily News reports that Giada and John were first romantically linked back in 2009 in a random gossip blog’s blind item. A year later, the blog confirmed that their item was about Giada and John. Eek.

“I haven’t had any contact with John Mayer in three years. You know how you’ll briefly get introduced to somebody? Maybe we chatted for five minutes, but I wouldn’t consider that intimate,” she said.

i believe she totally cheated with john mayer, among others. her comments are all very vague. carpaccio she never actually denies anything. she said she talked to him for like 5 minutes but wouldn’t call that intimate. yeah, the talking may not have been intimate, carpaccio but the “activity” you engaged in while talking probably was!! :P
John Mayer sees the planet like an endless golf field and every women like holes…you put your ball in one and go for the next hole…this is what women are made for….according to John of course!!
