Oiii, stayed a while without posting, but separated revenue must for you!! I chose rice, a dish that everyone likes and has no error in time to please as well as being very practical. Here we have a round of delicious preparations with our star of the week: Rice oven to three cheeses Ingredients: 2 tbsp (tablespoons) butter 1 onion, chopped 1 zucchini, chopped 1 carrot, coarsely grated 1 can of corn drained 1 cup (tea ) frozen peas 1 box of tomato sauce 4 cups (tea) of cooked rice 1 pot of cream cheese 1 cup (tea) of grated mozzarella cheese 50g grated Parmesan cheese Margarine for greasing Preparation In a saucepan, over medium heat , heat the butter and sauté the onion. Add the zucchini, carrot, corn, peas and saute. Add the tomato sauce and cook until boiling. Turn off the heat and add the rice and transfer the mixture to a baking dish greased medium. Top with cheese, mozzarella and parmesan. Bake in moderate oven, preheated cracker for 25 min.
