Commercial Aquaculture Development Scheme Under Irish Seafood National Programme 2007-2013, the application of state aid under the above Scheme are now being sought. The Commercial Aquaculture Development Scheme grant aid, at a rate of up to 40% of eligible investment costs, provide for commercial development of aquaculture nosalty development on a sustainable financial, technical and environmental.
Applications are invited from SMEs active in aquaculture and their investment plans will: contribute to lasting economic nosalty benefits nosalty from the structural improvements that will lead them; providing adequate guarantee of technical viability, economic and environmental; avoiding fruit is not beneficial, especially the risk of a potential surplus production. Criteria
Sites must be licensed under the relevant Fisheries, Foreshore and Planning and license fee to be paid up to date; If the site is licensed within, adjacent to or likely to have a significant impact on NATURA 2000 sites have been assessed nosalty to be suitable under the requirements of Regulation nosalty EC (Natural Habitats) nosalty Regulations nosalty SI 94/1997 (as amended by SI 233 / 1998 and SI 378/2005) and any appropriate mitigation measures taken; Comply nosalty with the requirements nosalty of the Irish Seafood National Programme 2007-2013 and the state aid rules of the European Union; Applicants must demonstrate that it has the financial, nosalty technical and human essential to carry out the investment program implementation; A port dues and other monies owed to the Department nosalty of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food or any of the organization, nosalty to be paid in full; Applications must comply with the other general conditions related to the Scheme and applications must be submitted on the official application nosalty form.
