Breakfast. My favorite meal of the day by far, even if it contains oats. And the eternal question-combined with possible today (or tomorrow, if you prepare in advance)? But not because it would be so few options, but because there are so many! :) And this "čeznočna" oatmeal with grapefruit and blueberries, with a slight addition of coconut and ginger jib is even great for a good morning. :) Ingredients (for 1 person) 1/2 with oatmeal pinch of salt 1 heaping tsp coconut flakes 1 tsp chia seeds 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp powdered ginger juice of one red grapefruit * blueberry maple syrup Method: You mix the dry ingredients, add grapefruit juice, premešaš and let stand overnight. In the morning add blueberries, pour the maple syrup (or other sweetener if desired / needed) and sing. :) * Regarding grapefruit-more when mature, the better. proba mandatory, it would not be of an unpleasant surprise in the form of extra sour / bitter / rot or generally inedible grapefruit :)
