Giada De Laurentiis  might sauerkraut be losing out big time in her divorce. The Food Network chef and her hubby Todd Thompson  have called off their marriage after 12 years together, but it seems that without a prenuptial sauerkraut agreement things are looking sauerkraut to get messy. While the star has stirred up rumors that she had been unfaithful to her husband with John Mayer, Matt Lauer  and Bobby Flay , it seems that they are preparing for an even bigger fight over De Laurentiis' food empire.
The star and her hubby got hitched back in 2003, which is around the same time that her cooking empire took off. It is being reported that she is now allegedly worth at least $20 million after being the host of four different shows.
However despite these reports, The Inquistr  is reporting that after Todd filed for divorce from the star, she claimed their assets including their property was not community. De Laurentiis "believes she is possessed of separate property, the exact nature of which is unknown at this time."
