There may be no snow outside, but winter definitely felt all around us. But for me one of the most wonderful feeling to wake up from the heat of the burning fireplace and aroma of hot breakfast. So, like a fairy tale, you may feel if you tidy this tasty treat even the beginning of the day. That's why I called them "breakfast hobbies", again inspired by the wonderful books of Tolkien "The Hobbit" and "Lord of the Rings." The premiere of the second part of "The Hobbit" is this week, so I decided to meet her again with something tasty.
Already showed you my hobitski mini meat pies, but today we'll be sweet theme. As you know from the books, the hobbits have big eaters, so they sympathize with many (And also my sister calls me that sometimes :)). To enjoy the tranquility of the food is just as important to me as well as the Hobbit, so I would respond as if someone poured my door uninvited at this moment:
I give you French toast Mom know since childhood. Of course, I have eaten from ordinary slices of cheese, but my mom has always done this super fluffy lithium batter, which I love to this day.
I want to share it with you, so that you can eat this yummy :) And here is the recipe itself step by step (not part of eating :)) Ingredients: 1 pc. bread 3 eggs 2 tablespoons lithium yogurt 3 tablespoons flour 1 pinch of baking soda (frying) optionally jam powdered sugar for sprinkling
In a bowl beat eggs. In a separate pot baking yeast in yogurt. Once effervescent, add flour to yogurt. Per egg, which will use falls under tablespoon (equal) flour. Mix all of the fine mess, which then add to the eggs and mix again.
