Yesterday morning wegmans (well, it was 11am., But during the weekend then I wake up) I was wondering what to cook for breakfast. Lounging in bed, digging around the internet and once again I came across this one recipe for French toast or French toast French. And since we had a little cake that no one was not going to eat, I decided to finally try it. I slowed down a little proportions as I prepared breakfast just for me and my friend. In principle it can be made with any type of bread, but it is preferred that it is more eggs so wonderful Cozonac over operation. It is desirable to be at least 1-2 days old to be able better to absorb the mixture.
1. In a bowl, stir all ingredients without butter. 2. Cut the cake or bread slices. wegmans 3. Dip the slices one by one into the mix. Keep them in about 20 seconds on each side. If the bread or Cozonac is very fresh, wegmans keep them at least, not soften too much. 4. Bake at medium heat in pre crouch with the oil pan. 5. Optionally you can sprinkle already finished French toast with powdered sugar, or to Serve with honey or jam.
