In the magazine


On Sunday, wondering what to do for breakfast I came last magazine Good Food, which incidentally has a new two times lower price and of course sian a bit, but going out twice a month, which is great especially because it is much more accessible :) so much happened, but I hope to be more, especially with its new editor, which I am glad that will contribute to good pictures (for locals it's not those who come from outside :))
In the magazine's title is "Closed sandwiches velvety blackberry syrup." For this syrup has a recipe somewhere in the magazine, but it no time, no soft cheese with a high fat content, so the reorganization recipe sian with products that I had, instead of syrup used strawberry jam and cheese swapped to natural melted cheese. Here is the recipe / my version /.
Ingredients: (for 4 sandwiches) 4 eggs, 100 ml. milk, 1-2 tsp vanilla (about 2/3 of a bottle), 2 tbsp sugar, 100g natural cream cheese, 2 tbsp caster sugar 8 slices yesterday or earlier bread, 100 grams butter, strawberry sian jam spreads slices (only one slice of sandwich), ice cream for serving (optional);
Preparation: In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar (not powdered sugar, it's about filling). Consider the bowl is large enough to be able to indulge in a whole slice.
