I'm passionate madnørd and love to make all sorts of food and baking bread and cakes. This is food with great love and joy, but also with a focus on health and utilization of the ingredients I have. I spend hours in the kitchen and enjoys trying out recipes and make new flavors. Also hope you can find inspiration on this site! Sara I am a nurse and mother of two lovely boys hhv.11 and 13 years.I is completely crazy to cook and have always loved to experiment and spend time in the kitchen. brandy I am very much up in the food to be healthy, but I am certainly not out of the way, also in between to sweeten life with a delicious dessert or cake. J oak really like spicy Cajun like Dirty Rice and a former law which I have blogged Shrimp in Cajunsauce (if you follow the link you can find a recipe for homemade cajun spice) brandy this time I used Cajun seasoning from Urtekram that I bought in Irma . It is a delicious dish that we all here at home like. Definitely one I will make again. Photo: Sara B. Clausen. Ingredients 4 1 tbsp. olive oil 2 large chicken breast fillets cut into small cubes 2 onions, chopped 1 red bell pepper, diced 2 cloves garlic 4 chorizo sausages, sliced (about 150 g) 2 tbsp. Cajunkrydderi 250 basmati rice 400 g mashed tomatoes bottled 4 dl. chicken brandy stock 4 tbsp. broad-leaf parsley, chopped 1 bunch scallions, sliced Fresh protector pepper Salt Heat oil in a deep sauté pan with lid. Fry the chicken until it is golden, add the chorizo and toss it together with the chicken in some minutes. Then add onion, garlic and let them cook with some min.tilsæt bell peppers, scallions brandy and cajunkrydderi and rice and toss it together and pour the chicken stock and tomato down the court. Cover and let simmer for approx. 20-25 min until the rice is soft and liquid is absorbed. Taste the court with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately. Photo: Sara B. Clausen.
