3 pcs. chorizo with soft rollers (Irma's is pretty good), sliced a 1 cm 3 chicken breasts, diced 250g frozen or fresh okra cut in half 2 stalk celery, finely chopped 2 onions, finely chopped 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped 2 stalks fresh thyme Taste Neutral oil 2 cans chopped tomatoes 600g pudding rice 1 liter of water Smoked paprika how to boil eggs Salt Pepper
Heating approx. 2 tbsp. oil in a large pan and fry the chicken in it until golden. Getting everything with the exception of rice, water and tomatoes down to the chicken. Svits further for 4-5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
